By enrolling in classes or using services at Mastery Martial Arts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Membership and Enrollment
- All students must complete registration forms and provide accurate information
- Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- Medical clearance may be required for participation
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
- Membership fees are due according to your chosen payment schedule
3. Safety and Conduct
All participants must:
- Follow all safety rules and instructor guidance
- Respect other students, instructors, and staff
- Maintain appropriate behavior and language
- Wear proper attire and protective equipment as required
- Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately
- Not engage in unsupervised sparring or techniques
4. Assumption of Risk
Martial arts training involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks of injury, and you agree that Mastery Martial Arts, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries that may occur during training or events.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
-All fees are due according to your membership agreement
- Late payments may result in suspension of training privileges
- Refunds are subject to the terms of your specific membership contract
- We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in termination of membership
6. Cancellation Policy
Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing according to the terms of your membership agreement. Advance notice requirements vary by membership type and will be specified in your contract.
7. Photography and Video
By participating in our programs, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, educational, or training purposes. If you prefer not to be included in such materials, please notify us in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All curriculum, techniques, and materials used at Mastery Martial Arts are proprietary. Students may not record, reproduce, or distribute our training methods without explicit permission.
9. Facility Rules
- Students and guests must follow all facility rules and regulations
- Shoes must be removed before entering training areas
- Personal belongings are stored at your own risk
- No food or drinks (except water) in training areas
- Maintain cleanliness and respect for equipment and facilities
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastery Martial Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our facilities.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
