Starting this year, we’re introducing the biggest upgrade to our program in our 33-year history: the Personal Power Plan. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all curriculum; it’s a customized roadmap for your child’s personal growth.

We sit down with you and your child to understand what matters most. Is it building rock-solid confidence? Developing laser-like focus? Improving respectful communication? You tell us.
We Design:
Based on those goals, our chief instructor, Denny Strecker, designs a unique success system for your child. This plan integrates their personal goals into their martial arts training for the entire year.
We Track Progress:
The Personal Power Plan is a living document. With monthly check-ins, you will see real, measurable progress in the areas that matter to your family. No more guessing if things are getting better—you will know.
Our age-specific curriculum for kids 4–12 ensures that the lessons are always engaging and effective, helping your child build not just skill, but true confidence and discipline.

Not only are we a local, family-owned school, but our chief instructor has lived in Troy, MI. most of his life. He was one of the first students when Bemis Elementary School opened. Then went on to graduate from Boulan Park Middle School, and Troy High — the original one that is now the Troy Community Center. Denny is also a Bonus Dad to Donovan at Bemis and Logan at Boulan Park.
